Kolk is a coveted residential area in southwest of Berlin. Kolk is a part of the old town Spandau where a lot of weekly markets, cafes, restaurants and bars offer the old Berlin’s ambience to their guests.

 Kolk appears in the history from the 14th century for the first time. The area is a little similar to the medieval streets and buildings in Prague and Amsterdam.

 The district distinguishes itself furthermore through its city location and a favourable transport links (it will take you about 15-20 min. to get to the fair/exhibition centre, Ku-Damm, zoo; the bus stops or underground or city train stations are very near). Old town Spandau offers a very nice beer garden (brewery) and the lake Havel shore with the famous Zitadelle, as well as the numerous shopping possibilities in close proximity to our house to the holiday maker among our guests.
